When you apply for insurance coverage, you commit to providing complete, accurate, and truthful information in all respects. We reserve the right to verify any and all information you provide and may request additional documentation to support your application. Any misrepresentation, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in policy cancellation, denial of claims, or other appropriate actions as permitted by law. Our underwriting process considers various factors to determine your eligibility and premium rates, including but not limited to your driving history, vehicle type and specifications, geographic location, selected coverage levels, and credit information where legally permitted.

You agree to pay all premiums according to the payment schedule you select during the application process. Failure to make premium payments when due may result in automatic policy cancellation without further notice. We accept multiple payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current, accurate, and sufficient to cover all scheduled payments.

You may request changes to your policy coverage at any time, though all modifications are subject to underwriting approval and may result in adjustments to your premium amount. You retain the right to cancel your policy at any time, and we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused premium, subject to applicable administrative fees as permitted by law. We also reserve the right to cancel your policy for legitimate business reasons including non-payment of premiums, discovery of fraud or material misrepresentation, or violation of policy terms.

In the unfortunate event of a claim, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible following the incident. You agree to cooperate fully and completely in the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of any claims, including providing all requested documentation, information, and access necessary for us to properly assess your claim. Failure to cooperate in good faith may result in the denial of your claim or other appropriate remedies.

Our liability to you is strictly limited to the coverage amounts, terms, and conditions explicitly stated in your insurance policy documents. We expressly disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from your use of our services, website, or any related activities, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.

When you create an account with InsuredRiders, you assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

All content appearing on the InsuredRiders website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, constitutes the exclusive property of InsuredRiders or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.
